Our mission is to equip you to manage your facilities with ease, so your pastors can stay focused on the ministry of the Word and prayer.
The Problem · Acts 6:1
A Complaint Arose
Certain widows were being neglected — a real need, unmet. The complaint arose and reached the apostles. They could have handled it, but they shouldn't. Pastors experience this pull all the time. Today it might be a widow who needs a visit, a leaking faucet, a broken HDMI port. All of these are legitimate needs, but all can distract a pastor from his top priority. Now, a QR code scan turns into an issue report rather than a pastoral responsibility.
The Priority · Acts 6:2
Preaching of the Word & Prayer
The apostles recognized that if they were the ones serving widows, they weren't in the Word or in prayer. Pastors often find themselves doing the second best thing. A facilities issue, a contractor who didn't show, a broken chair, a check-in station out of labels — each one is real, and each one demands attention. The pastor can do all these things, but should they? When a pastor is the one following up and tracking things down, they aren't where they need to be.
The Solution · Acts 6:3
Choose Spirit-Filled People
It wasn't that the work didn't matter — they appointed seven men to own it precisely because it did. The apostles didn't just hand off the work — they appointed Spirit-filled people to own it. We're built around that same logic. You define your teams and the types of work they handle. When a request comes in, the right team is notified automatically — no dispatcher, no manual assignment, no falling through the cracks. The right people know about the right work.
The Result · Acts 6:7
The Word Increased
Seven ordinary men were appointed to serve, and the Word of God continued to increase — disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem. That's the whole point. Not a cleaner building, not fewer complaints reaching your pastor's desk. Faithful followers of Christ made through faithful ministry of the Word. When the right people own the work of the church, pastors are freed to do what only they can do — and God uses that.
A small church with 20 volunteers and a large church with five paid facilities staff both need the same software. We don't charge per user — because the size of your team shouldn't determine your price.
